U.S. News Media Group today announced the 2009 edition of America’s Best Colleges, marking 25 years since its inaugural debut. For the first time in 12 years, Harvard University solely topped the list of Best National Universities, while Amherst College rose to tie with Williams College for Best Liberal Arts College.
